NexifyLabz offers premium subscription services across its applications, including ViralDraft, FlirtFlow, HireMate, SolveSnap, and FitForge.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions and purchases made through our supported platforms.

1. Purchases Through Google Play

If you purchased a subscription through Google Play, payments are processed directly by Google.

Refund eligibility is subject to Google Play’s refund policies and billing terms.

To request a refund:

Open Google Play Store
Go to Payments & subscriptions
Select your subscription
Follow Google’s refund/request process

NexifyLabz generally cannot directly issue refunds for purchases processed by Google Play because Google manages billing transactions.

2. Purchases Through Apple App Store

If you purchased through Apple, billing is processed by Apple.

Refund requests must be submitted through Apple’s official billing/refund process.

Refund approval is determined by Apple according to Apple’s policies.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

Cancellation stops future renewal billing, but access may continue until the current billing period ends, subject to platform rules.

Cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund for the current billing cycle unless platform policies allow it.

4. Trial Offers

Promotional trials, introductory pricing, or free offers may be available periodically.

Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions may automatically convert to paid plans according to disclosed terms.

Users are responsible for managing trial cancellation deadlines.

5. Exceptional Cases

In rare circumstances—such as duplicate billing, technical entitlement failures, or clear billing errors—we may review support requests and coordinate with platform providers where appropriate.

Refunds remain subject to platform billing rules and applicable law.
