- FlirtFlow
- HireMate
- SolveSnap

What You Can Request
Eligible users may request deletion of:
- Account profile information
- Saved content
- Generated content history
- Uploaded content
- Stored preferences
- Associated app usage records where applicable
Some limited information may be retained where required for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Billing records
- Security monitoring
- Dispute resolution
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to:
Subject line:
Data Deletion Request
Include:
- Your account email address
- The NexifyLabz app name (e.g., ViralDraft, FlirtFlow, HireMate, SolveSnap, or FitForge)
- Optional description of your request
Verification
To protect users, we may verify account ownership before processing deletion requests.
Processing Time
Verified deletion requests are generally processed within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days, subject to operational requirements and applicable law.
Subscription Note
Deleting your data does not automatically cancel active subscriptions.
Users should separately cancel subscriptions through:
- Google Play Store subscriptions
- Apple App Store subscriptions
